Customer Success Associate

Locations: Bergen, (Stavanger, Oslo and Trondheim will also be considered)

Glex is recruiting a Customer Success Associate to support our growing customer base.

As a portfolio software supplier to the oil and gas industry, our success is dependent on our customers' success at gaining value from using our tools.

Are you are a geoscientist or subsurface engineer with oil and gas experience and a keen interest in applying software solutions to workflow challenges?

Are you flexible and proactive enough to make an impact in a small, dynamic team?

Tasks and responsibilities include
- Customer onboarding, training and support
- Receiving and coordinating customer feedback and user feature requests
- Defining and prioritising development roadmaps in collaboration with the CEO and CTO
- Monitoring data quality and integrity from automised data pipelines
- User testing of newly developed features and fixed bugs
- Maintenance of the Relinquished Prospect database
- Data Management consultancy work for customers

Requirements
- Higher education in Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering
- Experience from the oil and gas industry, either in E&P companies or suppliers (new graduates will also be considered)
- Proactive and independent minded with an ability to take the initiative and contribute where it is needed

Some travel will be required.
